Super Greens Fruit & Seeds Smoothie Recipes






I like cutting my oranges this way because the pectin in the inner peel is so great for hair skin and nail health!

All ingredients for all 3 recipes! Any frozen or fresh greens will work! Frozen or fresh pineapple and orange. Frozen or fresh herbs; mint, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon! Best with frozen banana! Only about 2 tablespoons per recipe in about 1 cup filtered water makes great plant milk for these smoothies! Cacao nibs are nice kept in the freezer because you can take a bite of one for energy in the morning if needed. The bitterness is sure to wake you up but they are loaded with more antioxidants than blueberries and also contain some caffine! The cacao nibs, hemp hearts/seeds, and bee pollen can  all be found at our local health food stores for about $12 each which is great with these recipies because they will last a nice long while even with a smoothie like this on a daily basis! The ACV is about $7 can find anywhere!image
