I have been taking the challange setting out to get at least a 5 minute style workout in at least 1X a day at least 2X a week but working up to 5 or 6 days a week!

When not doing a 15 minute regular BESCA 💯HiitPi! Workout daily then a couple times a week I actually want to and can go for a full 40 minutes; not necessarily in keeping up with a timer for the bootcamp style video we shared last week, but I never thought I would get to the point where I actaully get a return of feeling great from a longer workout instead of worse! Obviously 40 minutes of calisthenics HIIT may not be the best and honestly I feel better at the poweful 15 minutes of BESCA 💯HiitPi! Workouts DAILY rather than 40 minutes only a few times a week! I see some people do that, but I’ve heard my doctors & other professionals not recommending more than 16 minutes of HIIT daily. I have also been sure to get my 🔋Power Up 1st & finish with an Ab Burnout Exercise after the deep breathing cool down pilates stretch to complete the total

I’m so grateful to Yahweh for helping me finally overcome the pain and limitations I suffered almost 5 years! No one has to! Knowledge is power‼ I wish someone would have just came straight out and told me that my problem why I ended up with 2 herniated disks in my lumbar spine at age 24 is because my core was weak. Our pains are our passions! Just 5 minutes a day of basic full body calisthenics/HIIT core workouts followed by just a few minutes of deep breathing cool down pilates type stretching changed my back pain and the rest of my life forever. That’s why I can’t help but to still share with you guys even when life gets rough; when we get to do the things that make us enjoy life most!

The Diaphragm needs deep breath exercise daily along with the core as these are muscle we get to stretch & strengthen in support of our tree🌲trunk-like-spine that houses🏯our nerves all the way from our brains👓to our extremities💪! My diaphragm & extremities are effectively stretched & strengthened at the end of a busy day during the sympathetic nervous system state. Usually high stress accompanies not using fully utilizing the diaphragm muscle AKA shallower breaths, before big meals. The parasympathetic nervous system state activates with a sufficient insulin spike to build, repair, & strengthen the regrowth of the muscle tissues that were broken down during the sympathetic nervous system state, when the body is fed sufficient nutrients & calories!
