What Is True Core Strength&Stabilization?!

The five primary muscles of the local/stabilization muscular system are Transverse Abdominis, Internal Obliques, Multifidus, Pelvic Floor, and the Diaphragm. These muscles are primarily slow twitch muscle fibers with a high density of muscle spindles attached to the spine!

Muscle spindles are receptors found in the belly of the muscle that primarily detect & communicate to the brain & determine the position of body parts & changes in length of that muscle to the Central Nervous System (CNS) via muscle contraction regulating and stretch reflex; Sensory Afferant Neurons which>respond to touch, sound, light, + other stimuli, & Motor Efferent Neurons which<transmit nerve impulses from the CNS=brain and spinal cord to effector sites.

For example the Transverse Abdominis blends with the Thoracolumbar Fascia found in the Posterior Oblique System which creates a cross-body bridge connection within the muscular systems; which attaches directly to the spine! When all of these muscles engage and co-activate they increase intra-abdominal pressure and tension to help stabilize the lumbar spine!

Romans 10 Word Study&Art Quoto of Week!

I’m sharing my the whole of Romans chapter 10 word studies (very long!) because verse 9 has changed my life forever as well as has looking up the original meanings of these words in and out of context opens up my limited ways of thinking and brings life back into the application from my daily worship time spent with God and has changed the way I feel God speaking to me everyday in the rest of my life forever because I am a visual hands on learner!

*Important to note looking up Greek and Hebrew original meanings is the words that apply are only the ones that make sense within the context of that section.

Yahweh help us have an awesome week!
