Why The Gut Is Known As Our Second Brain
Polyphenols are what the prebiotics in our guts feed off of to cultivate the bacteria inside our guts into the probiotics we need for healthy strong immune system and also prevent leaky gut symdrom which has been shown to contribute to a host of issues including autism spectrum disorder, because without the proper good to bad bacteria mucousal lining in the gut (most Americans have 50% bad to 50% good gut bacteria, the healthy ratio by research suggests our lower intestine in our bowels contain 85% good to 15% bad gut bacteria) it interferes with our bodies being able to digest and assimilate or extract nutrients from the foods we eat that not only fuel our bodies but also our minds.
Avoid foods with lectins when possible by soaking and sprouting. Lectins are typically globular proteins resistant to digestion much like unfermented soy and can be found in some regular fruit, vegetables, beans, grains, even nuts and seeds. These hard to break down proteins with their dough like consistency bind to the cells in the digestive tract not allowing good blood flow. They make cell repair growth take much longer and processed foods and even improperly prepared food can lead to Lectins not allowing our gut lining to repair fast enough to keep the toxic things out of our blood! Many know the true key to health is pure and oxigenated blood. Which fruit has oxygenated water and that is great for the purification and circulation of our blood. I do love some lemon mineral water especially with ceyenne pepper in the morning. Nothing cleanses our liver like lemon. After water If I drink coffee; I drink organic black coffee with a splash of canned coconut milk and add organic ground ginger, macca root powder (is known for balancing out hormones), and food grade diatomaceousearth.com for killing internal parasites and helping to get rid of and preventing common colds, flu and sinus infections! Green tea contains polyphenols as well as and dark berries like strawberries, blueberries and even cherries and pomegranate. Drinking kombucha has probiotics and polyphenols; double bonus!
In my lunch smoothies I use organic apple cider vinegar with the mother in it which actually boosts our guts natural stomach acid necessary for digesting the nutrients from foods we eat!

Our minds are very powerful.
If we surrender our hearts to Yahweh He can do amazing things through us if we’re willing to die to our fleshly desires that it’s no longer us living out life in these mortal bodies, but the Holy Spirit of Yahweh loving others by example through us. Yahweh please help us to pray without ceasing and continually ask You our Abba Father to help us die to our fleshly desires daily that in You we might experience life and truly live! That we can all do after accepting the free gift of Your Son Yahushua who You sent to die in our place and be the sacrifice for all sins. Thank You.
Romans Chapter 8 Verse 5
Word Study. Translating original Greek to English using Strong’s dictionary.
About translating from English to Greek and Hebrew, the words that apply are the ones that make the most sense when looking at the Bible as a whole and within the context of that book within the Bible.
Underlined parts are the verse.

the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the {Spirit.= From original Greek to English Strong’s Definition G4151: FromG4154; a current of air, that is,breath (blast) or a breeze ; by analogy or figuratively a spirit, that is, (human) the rational soul, (by implication) vital principle, mental disposition, etc., or (superhuman) an angel, daemon, or (divine) God, Christ’s spirit, the Holy spirit : – ghost, life, spirit (-ual, -ually), mind. CompareG5590.}
Romans Chapter 8 verses 6 through 15:
6  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.9  But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

10  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

12  Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.13  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

15  For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
